In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Qurbani Services & Obligations

We pledge to carry out Qurbani / Sadaqah / Aqeeqah rituals according to Islamic principles and distribute the meat to the less fortunate on your behalf. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the ethical sourcing and sacrificial processing of healthy livestock in proper hygiene. Please note that images shown for specific products are representation images. The actual animal assigned to your Qurbani may vary in appearance, breed, and exact weight as per physical realities at farms, keeping absolute fairness and compliance with Islamic rulings intact.

3. Payments & Secure Transactions

All transactions processed through Qurbani.World are secure and encrypted. When paying for a share or a full animal, the obligation is complete once payment is successfully received. Any delays caused by payment gateway failures, bank errors, or currency differences are independent of our direct service.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the unique and time-sensitive nature of Qurbani requests, cancellations and refunds are subject to internal processing timelines. If the sacrificial schedule has already commenced or specific animals have been tagged exclusively on your intent, refunds will not be issued.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Qurbani.World shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
